With over 15 years of experience, Bryan has developed a diverse skill set spanning student affairs, state licensure requirements, institutional compliance, and regulatory affairs. Bryan possesses a deep understanding of the approval requirements for GI Bill™ funding, a vital aspect of financial support for students pursuing higher education. Previously, Bryan served as a regulator at the Connecticut Office of Higher Education, where he provided invaluable guidance to higher education institutions, helping them navigate complex regulatory frameworks. Additionally, he has held roles in university administration, supporting Financial Aid, Bursar services, and as an executive overseeing institutional regulatory affairs and compliance. Throughout his career, Bryan has collaborated with numerous school administrators, faculty members, students, regulators, and government officials. He approaches challenges with a personal, measured, and logical approach, understanding the importance of balancing regulatory requirements with the ultimate goal of protecting and supporting students.
